Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand only.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be picked and packed before it’s sent out to you which may take a further 3-5 working days to reach you via courier. You will receive an email to let you know it is on the way with tracking details included.

If you are rural please make sure the rural option is chosen at checkout. Please note rural delivery may also take a little longer to get to you.

At Saint11crystals sustainability is very important to us so when it comes to packaging a big portion is reused or recycled materials. We can assure that every item is packaged very well to make sure your order reaches you safely and intact.
